For Both Commercial and Residential, we recommend the 15- Yard or 20-Yard dumpsters for small jobs and projects. If you are doing a larger project, we recommend our 30-Yard or 40-Yard dumpster. For example, if you are doing a project like a home kitchen or bathroom remodel, you may want to look into our 15-Yard or 20-Yard dumpster. If you are doing a larger project like a complete house demolishing or looking to use a dumpster on an industrial construction site, you may want our 30-Yard or 40-Yard dumpster. While deciding on a size, it is good to think about how much space you have on your site for the dumpster; Your driveway may only fit up to a 20-Yard dumpster. If you can only fit up to a 20-Yard dumpster and need something larger, Dynamite Dumpsters can provide extra pick up services on request. The weight of the waste is something to consider as well. Depending on what you are putting in the dumpster, it can overfill your weight limit for the size of the Dumpster (the weight limit depends on the size of the dumpster).

Another great thing to consider about space for your dumpster is that Dynamite Dumpsters is NOT responsible for clearing the space for the dumpster. It is important for the client to clean a large enough space for the dumpster to be placed. Our delivery truck must be able to drive up to and away from where the designated place is for the dumpster without any hazards. Many clients ask if the dumpsters will cause any harm to their property. Harm to your property is very unlikely as long as the client follows the instructions given with their dumpster rental. The most important tips to prevent the destruction of the property are; Do Not Go Over The Weight Limit, Do Not Place Items Over The Brim Of The Dumpster, and Do Not Try To Move The Dumpster by Yourself. Although it is not provided with the dumpster, some clients like to place plywood under the dumpster to help protect their concrete. For more information please visit our Rules and Regulations.

Most of the time, putting items in a dumpster is not that big of a problem. We understand that, THAT’S WHAT THEY’RE MADE FOR. But of course, there are some important restrictions because of health codes. Please do not place any hazardous liquids or items with explosive attributes in the dumpsters. If that is your intended purpose for a dumpster, there are different and special ways of removing hazardous items. Items such as; Liquid Paint and Thinners, Batteries, Electronics, Pesticides, Car Liquids, Liquid Cleaning Items, etc., are NOT to be put in the dumpsters. If you have anything specific, and you are unsure about if it can be in a Dumpster, Please do not hesitate to ask!

Some larger items with multiple components may have a fee because they are a bit harder to breakdown. Items like Mattresses, Car Ties, and Appliances have to be brought to a different garbage facility and the client may be charged for the fees.

Dynamite Dumpsters has created a quick and easy formula to rent a dumpster; decide on what size dumpster you need and make the call! Many clients also ask about any extra fees that may happen. Typically, extra fees can easily be avoided or known about. Our dumpsters run on a base price range depending on how many days, weight, and size a client needs. Extra fees come in when the client has special needs. Some clients need their waste removed more than once throughout their rental period, depending on how many times, this could have a fee. Another special need is when a client may need to rent their dumpster longer than expected. To avoid other unexpected fees, consider to look out for the following:
